Please review your order carefully, it cannot be modified once submitted. When your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and order details.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships? Can I update my address?

Unfortunately, we begin processing your order immediately upon order receipt and are unable to make any changes to the order once it is processed. This includes full/partial order cancellation, change of address and change of shipping method.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Orders placed through MART IN HONG KONG can be shipped within Hong Kong only.

 

What are my payment options?

Why is there a pending charge on my card?

When you place an order on this site, we place an authorization hold on your payment method in an amount equal to your order total. Once your order ships, your payment is confirmed and the authorization hold is removed.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, we will promptly request that the financial institution remove the authorization hold. The length of time it takes your financial institution to remove the authorization hold is determined by their policy, over which MART IN HONG KONG has no control. However, it is typically between 7 to 21 days. For more information on the length of time it takes for authorization holds to be removed for order cancellations, please contact your financial institution prior to placing your order.

If you use a debit card to make a purchase, your bank places a hold on these funds in anticipation of receiving the actual withdrawal from your deposit account. We do not process the actual charge to your debit card until your order is shipped. However, we will request another authorization from your bank to verify that the funds remain available if there is a delay to our shipping date.

When will my order ship?

We ship most in-stock items within 7-14 working days upon receiving your order. For specific arrangement on certain products, please note the terms and conditions.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

After your order is placed, MART IN HONG KONG will send an order confirmation email.

When your order is ready for pick up/ships, MART IN HONG KONG will send you a ready for pick up/shipping notification email with the current order status, i.e. ready for pick up/already shipped out)

If you have not received your order confirmation email in 3 days or ready to pick up/shipping notification email within 14 days, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 9888 2090) during our service hours ( Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:00) and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible. We will contact you on the next working day if the message is received after our service hours.
