Unfortunately, we begin processing your order immediately upon order receipt and are unable to make any changes to the order once it is processed. This includes full/partial order cancellation, change of address, change of shipping method.
Orders placed on PMQ Select can only be shipped to Hong Kong address only.
When you place an order on this site, we place an authorization hold on your payment method in an amount equal to your order total. Once your order ships, your payment is confirmed and the authorization hold is removed.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, we will promptly request that the financial institution remove the authorization hold. The length of time it takes your financial institution to remove the authorization hold is determined by their policy, over which PMQ Select has no control. However, it is typically between 7 and 21 days. For more information on the length of time it takes for authorization holds to be removed for order cancellations, please contact your financial institution prior to placing your order.

If you use a debit card to make a purchase, your bank places a hold on these funds in anticipation of receiving the actual withdrawal from your deposit account. We do not process the actual charge to your debit card until your order is shipped. However, we will request another authorization from your bank to verify that the funds remain available if there is a delay to our shipping date.
We ship most in-stock items within 7-14 calendar days upon receiving your order.
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with current order status. If you have not received your order status updates in 5 days, please contact us by Whatsapp (Contact number: +852 9888 2090) during service hour ( Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:00) and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible. We shall contact you on next working day if the message is received after the service operating hour.

Items purchased on PMQ Select cannot be returned or exchanged at a retail store at this time.

  • You may contact our Customer Service for Exchange/Return application. Exchange/Return will be processed once our Customer Service confirmed.
  • If there is defection of the products or incorrect product items, you may exchange or return it and contact our Customer Service by Whatsapp within 5 calendar days of the date your parcel was delivered to you. We will send you an exchange & returns form for application. Please fill in the form and send to our customer service with product photos by Whatsapp (Contact number: +852 9888 2090).
  • Once your application has been received and confirmed, please send the products to our returns facility below:
    1. You may bring the products to PMQ (address: S311, 3/F, Staunton, 35 Aberdeen Street, Central, Hong Kong Island) within the service hours (every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 14:00-19:00) for exchange OR;
    2. You may also send the products to: “PMQ Select – Exchange/Returns” Flat A01, 24/F, Gold King Industrial Building, 35-41 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong). All exchange/return shipping fees are your responsibility. Return packages are your responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.
  • For exchange products, you can pick up at PMQ or SF Business station/SF Store location, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. If we do not have stock for the size you requested for exchange, we will send you a refund form and refund to your dedicated account, in an amount equal to the merchandise price originally paid on the item (excluding the shipping fee of that purchase).
  • Please note:
    1. All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, and include any original packaging, including all original tags and price tags.
    2. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
    3. Swimwear (where the hygiene strips have been removed) and earrings (where the internal packaging seal has been broken) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty.
    4. Beauty and cosmetics products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable if they have been used or if the seal has been broken on any item in the set.

Upon dispute, PMQ Select reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.
